My form of therapy!?
My name is Michelle and I am a recovering public educator. :) In retirement I have chosen to spend time doing what I love and Dye Laughing is born of one of two things I enjoy, silk painting and laughing with friends and family. It is a studio space in my home where I offer materials, time, and a comfortable space, to create your own silk painting or scarf. Silk painting is such a relaxing and forgiving art form. Beginners and experienced painters alike can create something beautiful in just a few hours, and the process is very satisfying.
In the studio I have everything you need to create a silk painting or other silk project, as well as a coffee and tea bar, options for putting on music, and space to sit and relax. My vision is that you will come with your family and friends, or make new friends, as you laugh, create, play with color and explore your creative side. We can crank up the tunes, sit in quiet contemplation, or anything in between while you enjoy the forgiving art of silk painting...and maybe other shenanigans!
